NEW ALMOND BLANCHING MACHINE

Maseto extends the range of almonds and apricot kernels blanching machinery with one of the most innovative equipment of the market.

The new Blanching Machine has the most advanced technology, extending the features of the system and obtaining a product of a very high quality. It incorporates a direct and independent transmission system for each roller, eliminating the external mechanisms. The approximation and control of the opening is made through servomotors and linear guides of high precision with electronic shaf for controlling the parallelism, giving reliability to the system and reducing the maintenance. Another innovation is the system for the funs support that moves over guides placed in the floor allowing a simple and comfortable maintenance of the interior of the machine. In addition, now the funs are centrifugal improving the flow and air regulation. The orbital sifter includes a small jump to turn the product improving the total elimination of skins adhered to the product.

The control and regulation of the machine is totally electronic made. The sofware allows to memorize the working conditions for its later repetition. It is totally registrable and includes electrical protection IP66, facilitating the cleanliness with equipments of high precision. Except the oil change every 10000 working hours, the machine does not have practically maintenance.

This new version of the Blanching Machine is available in several models, MR-200, MR-250, MR-300 and the MR-400, being all of them of high production, from 2000 Kg/h to 4000 Kg/h respectively.
