JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED

After seven years of litigation questioning the potential right of the company INCUS to manufacture machinery for processing sesame that is exactly the same as that made by MASETO TECHNOLOGIES for more than 50 years now, the Court of Instance number 3 of Alicante has issued the following ruling:
(Sect. 8 of 23-04-2007) the manufacture of the machinery and sesame line sold by our competitor INCUS TECNOLOGY, S.L. IS AN IMITATION OF THE ORIGINAL SESAME LINE BELONGING TO MASETO, and INCUS has made unfair use of the achievements of another firm.
Incus Technology S.L. has been condemned to immediately cease in their productive structure any industrial or commercial activities related to the offer of lines of industrial products for sesame, withdrawing from the market all publicity or documentation, of commercial or any other nature, with reference to this line of production. Proceeding with the publication of this resolution in the manner described in the Section Ten of this Sentence
