Brusher-cleaner

Designed to eliminate dust and impurities by means of friction among the products themselves. Impurities are separated by gravity through a perforated sheet, then carried outside by an endless belt.

This machine provides cleaning prior to other processes. Regarding blanching, it saves water and steam during the process. It is equipped with a reducing/variable speed motor to control tenure in its inside, as well as a supply dispensing system.
