Designed for sesame roasting following traditional treatment processes, but with the highest technology.
The roaster includes double jacket steam-heated cylinders through which the product is introduced, getting roasted by touching the hot surface.
The resulting roast is homogeneous and ideal, in terms of humidity, for the production of Tahini.
