Slivering machine

Machine for sliver-shaped cutting of products, both peeled or unpeeled. The product should be softened (by heat) to avoid breakages and flour.

There are two versions:

CP-400, with a single cutting head

CP-800, with two heads to double production using the same structure.

Heads may be folded for an easy cleaning. Additional heads may be ordered, upon request, for varying thickness of slivers or producing halves.
