Halving machine

Machine for half-shaped cutting of products, either peeled or unpeeled. The product should be softened (by heat) to avoid breakages and flour.

There are two versions:

CP-400, with a single cutting head

CP-800, with two heads to double production using the same structure.

Heads may be folded for an easy cleaning. Additional heads may be ordered, upon request, for producing slivers.
