Thermal plasticizer

Machine that applies heat for a short period of time in order to prepare almonds and other nuts, making them flexible enough as to avoid breakages in subsequent treatments with no humidity loss.

It was designed to be installed in continuous in cutting processes (slices, halves, slivers, etc).

The products is spread and carried at a speed which depends on a reducing/variable speed motor, on stainless steel folding trays. No water is consumed during the process to produce no pollution at all.

Electric panel to activate the security system for controlling gas screen starting included. It is also produced with electric screens.
