Advances technology equipment for chromatic sorting. DELTA introduces its new models IGUAZU II – PENTA II – IGUAZU II-IR, featuring speed and precision. There are 16 ejectors available for each channel at all moment, increasing production.

The following aspects are relevant about the above models:

Iguazú II: it includes high-res monochromatic sensors for detecting even the smallest defects.

Penta II: its tricolour cams consume less energy and are smaller than traditional cams. It is the only current high performance trichromatic sorting unit which uses gravity.

Iguazú II-IR: it includes a high-res infrared sensor for detecting tiny defects. It uses lasting white hot lighting with low energy consumption.

All the above models can be adapted to the needs of the client, most including revision channels for discarded product.
